We were appointed by L'Oréal in 2017 to work on their CRM programs. As the world's largest and number one cosmetics company L'Oréal we created a 24/7 global model. With our 'always open' offering we were always on hand creating and designing on both sides of the Atlantic.
We concieved, designed and built the L'Oréal Global CRM Blueprint model. This model ensured all email triggers that were deployed adhered to our mobile first best practice rules. Within the CRM journey we delivered created and delivered over 85 key emails triggers across come of L'Oréal key brand.
